Owners can smoke inside their units. Smoking will be prohibited in all common
area, except for the designated smoking areas.
Exterior smoking areas would include the following areas; the area outside the clubhouse (North
side), the fire ring areas, visitor's parking lot, and upper owner parking lot.
The penalty process will be as follows;
First incident is a warning from the guards or management, then $50.00 second
offense, $100.00 every offense thereafter with opportunity to address the Board
upon notification of the penalty for the alleged infraction.
